Mersir Automation is a private automation environment used for personal and internal workflows. It may connect to third-party services, including Google services, only when an authorized user grants access.
Google account data is accessed only as necessary to perform workflows explicitly authorized by the user. Access is limited to the permissions granted by the user and is used only to provide the requested workflow functionality.
Data is used only to execute the user's private automation workflows, maintain workflow records, and support troubleshooting or recovery when necessary. Google user data is not sold or used for advertising.
Data is not shared with unrelated third parties except where required to provide the underlying services used by the workflow, or where required by law. Access is limited to authorized users and service providers necessary to operate the automation.
Workflow data may be stored in systems authorized by the user and only for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and supporting the requested workflows. Reasonable safeguards are used to restrict access to authorized users.
Data is retained only as needed for the user's workflows and recordkeeping. The authorized user may remove workflow data, revoke Google access, or request deletion by contacting the address below.
Use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
